My daughter, Lynn Rudd, is taking part in
a challenge trek through the Himalayas to raise funds for the
Help for Heroes charity. The trip is taking place in November,
and the 5 day trek will cover approximately 50 miles up and
around the Annapurna Circuit. Her husband Darran is a Captain
in the British Army (Royal Engineers) and during his 26years
service has served in many parts of the world, including the
Falkland Islands, Bosnia, Cyprus, Belize, Canada, Northern
Ireland, Kuwait, Iraq, and more recently Afghanistan. If you
