ROUND ONE
The day started with a very light SW breeze at 10.00
hrs, by 13.00 hrs it had developed into very squally and
strong, accompanied by rain.
As I'm the least experienced sailor in the group, it
takes me all my time to concentrate on sailing,
therefore writing notes at the same time is beyond me,
takes me all my time to get the finishing sail numbers
down.
I haven't done this before, haven't got a clue,
George who normally attends to this is currently on a
ship somewhere off Japan, so I've been dropped in it.
At home we have an 18 week old spaniel puppy that
needs to be taken out, my partner currently has a
twisted knee, and is hobbling about, therefore I'm doing
most things.
Going to be a bad couple of weeks for me, I'm only a man !!!
