Briefing 9:45hrs  -  First Race 10:00hrs

No race shall start after 15:00hrs  -  (Summer 15.30hrs)

All races will be run under the latest HMS and Standard Sailing Instructions (the above timings overrule HMS and SSi's).

The events are to be scored using the standard HMS scoring software.

All entries must be confirmed to the appropriate club secretary on or before the Thursday prior to the event.

Events can be postponed due to current or expected bad weather conditions

 that will make sailing either impossible or dangerous. 

Race Officers must contact all entered skippers by telephone no later than Saturday morning to confirm the race is to be postponed and Damian Ackroyd (so email can be sent to all district skippers) 

Postponed races should be rescheduled to the following week or a suitable safe week.
